Founder Onboarding Policy

Account Verification Policy
Users may be required to verify their email address or account before accessing protected areas of the platform. Only verified users may be permitted to proceed to certain programme stages, submit projects for review, access selected course materials, or move toward accelerator eligibility. Intelleqtive reserves the right to request further information to confirm user identity, project legitimacy, or founder readiness.

Accelerator Eligibility Policy
A project may become eligible for the Intelleqtive Accelerator Programme when it has a working MVP or prototype, a defined roadmap, clear capital requirements, early user feedback or beta users, a credible founder/team profile, a clear market opportunity, and sufficient readiness for structured support. Eligibility is determined by Intelleqtive at its discretion.

Public Commitment Policy
Founders may be encouraged or required to make a public commitment announcement after project verification. This may include publicly communicating what they are building, what problem they are solving, why it matters, and that they are preparing to raise capital through or with support from Intelleqtive. Public commitment helps build credibility, transparency, investor awareness, and community validation.

Community Validation Policy
During a fundraise or accelerator process, founders may be expected to demonstrate community validation.

Progress Reporting Policy
Founders participating in Intelleqtive programmes may be expected to provide weekly progress updates, monthly milestone reports, product updates, capital deployment updates, community updates, launch updates, and evidence of execution. Failure to provide updates may affect eligibility for continued support, funding readiness, investor exposure, or follow-on opportunities.

Payment Policy
Some Intelleqtive services, courses, accelerator access, premium tools, or programme features may require payment. Payments may be processed through supported providers such as Stripe or approved crypto payment infrastructure. Access to paid features may only be granted once payment is successfully confirmed.

Funding Disclaimer
Intelleqtive may support founders with fundraising structure, launch support, investor readiness, ecosystem exposure, and investor distribution where appropriate. However, Intelleqtive does not guarantee investment, fundraising success, investor participation, valuation outcomes, follow-on funding, or commercial success. Any investment decision is made independently by investors or relevant third parties.

Platform Conduct Policy
Users must not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, misuse investor or community information, upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, attempt to bypass platform security, abuse payment systems, or misrepresent their relationship with Intelleqtive. Intelleqtive may suspend or remove accounts that violate platform rules.

This platform policy is a founder-facing draft and implementation guide. Before publishing as final legal terms, Intelleqtive should have the policy, privacy language, refund language, payment terms, and funding disclaimers reviewed by a qualified solicitor or lawyer in the relevant operating jurisdiction.
