By creating an account, accessing the platform, submitting a project, purchasing services, or participating in any Intelleqtive programme, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

About Intelleqtive

Intelleqtive provides a platform for founder onboarding, project structuring, business education, accelerator support, funding-readiness preparation, and potential investor distribution. The platform may include digital tools, courses, advisory workflows, project review systems, payment features, and programme-based access.

User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access Intelleqtive. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login details secure, maintaining control of your account, updating outdated information, and notifying Intelleqtive of unauthorised account use. Intelleqtive may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful information.

Email Verification

Intelleqtive may require email verification before granting access to programme areas, founder dashboards, project submissions, courses, payment features, or funding workflows.

Founder Submissions

When submitting founder, team, or project information, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Project Review and Approval

Submission does not guarantee approval, accelerator acceptance, investor exposure, funding, or commercial success. Intelleqtive may approve, reject, pause, or request more information at its discretion.

Accelerator Programme

The Intelleqtive Accelerator Programme may provide strategic advisory, fundraising structure, launch support, investor distribution, ecosystem exposure, course access, and operational guidance. Participation requirements may include a working MVP or prototype, defined roadmap, clear capital requirements, early user feedback or beta users, weekly progress updates, monthly milestone reports, transparent capital deployment, community AMAs, and public commitment announcements.

Calls and Review Sessions

Users may be asked to prepare product vision, market opportunity, capital requirement, go-to-market strategy, pitch deck, build log, transparency layer, product demo, and roadmap milestones before calls.

Courses and Educational Content

Intelleqtive may provide courses, founder education, templates, or learning materials. These materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Users remain responsible for their own business decisions.

Payments

Certain platform features, courses, services, or programme access may require payment. Payments may be processed through Stripe, crypto payment providers, or other supported payment infrastructure. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable price, payment terms, and access conditions shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, access may only be granted after successful payment confirmation.

Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on the specific service, course, programme, or payment type purchased. Intelleqtive may refuse refunds where digital access has already been granted, work has already begun, advisory or programme services have already been delivered, the user has violated these terms, or the payment relates to non-refundable programme access. A separate refund policy may be published where required.

Funding Disclaimer

Intelleqtive does not guarantee capital raised, investor participation, valuation, investor terms, follow-on capital, business growth, revenue, or project success.

Public Announcements

Users are responsible for ensuring public statements are accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and not in breach of confidentiality obligations.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their submitted project materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting content to Intelleqtive, users grant Intelleqtive permission to review, process, display internally, and use the content for programme evaluation, support, and platform functionality. Intelleqtive owns its platform, software, brand, course materials, templates, processes, workflows, and original content. Users must not copy, resell, distribute, or misuse Intelleqtive materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

Certain information shared by Intelleqtive or users may be confidential. Users must not misuse or disclose confidential information obtained through the platform, calls, programme participation, or investor workflows.

User Conduct

Users agree not to submit false information, mislead investors or the community, misuse the Intelleqtive brand, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with platform security, scrape platform data, reverse engineer the platform, abuse payment systems, or harass other users, team members, investors, or partners.

Suspension and Termination

Intelleqtive may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where users breach these terms, submit misleading information, misuse the platform, fail verification, or create legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelleqtive is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, failed fundraising outcomes, business losses, investor decisions, platform interruptions, or decisions made based on educational content.

Changes to the Platform

Intelleqtive may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, courses, programme structures, pricing, eligibility criteria, or platform workflows at any time.

Changes to These Terms

Intelleqtive may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
